Name your project for easy management and progress tracking

To translate Google Sheet, you need to:

  1. Share edit access cho email:
    api-service-for-smarttrans@tough-history-451511-f0.iam.gserviceaccount.com
  2. Sharing steps:
    • Open your Google Sheet
    • Click "Share" button in top right
    • Enter the email above in "Add people"
    • Select "Editor" permission
    • Click "Send"
Without edit access, the system cannot update translations to your sheet

There are 4 ways to select data range:

  • Single cell: Example "A1" - translate only A1
  • Specific range: Example "C23:D34" - translate from C23 to D34
  • By columns: Example "C:D" - translate all of columns C and D
  • By rows: Example "44:46" - translate rows 44 to 46 (all columns)
Leave empty to translate entire sheet. Or enter specific range, e.g.: A1, C23:D34, C:D, 44:46
You can add a custom prompt to guide the translation process.

Custom prompts allow you to tailor the translation style. Here are some examples:

  • formal: Use formal language for official documents.
  • casual: Use friendly language for everyday conversations.
  • technical: Maintain technical terms in the translation.

Example: When translating a technical document, you might use the prompt 'Maintain technical terms and use formal language.'
